Mushrooms in an oil butter base
Ingredients
At least 1 pound of any flavorful mushroom or mix
1/2-1 cup of olive oil
4-6 cloves garlic
4-6 tbls. Butter (grass-fed is always best)
Lots of fresh savory herbs...ie..rosemary, thyme, sage...etc
Preparation Directions
Put in 1/ olive oil into Dutch oven, add butter and melt
Add the following to oil mixture:
Ruff chopped mushrooms
3-6 cloves garlic, smashed
All herbs
Add additional oil until all is submerged in oils.
Cover and bake at 300' 1 1/2 - 2 hours
