Ingredients
Slice homegrown organic tomatoes 1/2 inch thick
S&P
Fresh chopped oregano (dried ok!)
Preparation Directions
Slice Tomatoes 1/2 inch thick
place onto dehydrator rack with space in between slices
sprinkle with S&P and Oregano
Let dry at 145 degrees approx. 10 - 15 hours depending on quantity....open and check for doneness...rubbery to crisp.
Excellent...even as snack!
